Swatches L-R (top row): Collection Illuminating Touch Concealer in 02 natural - £4.99
(bottom swatch): Maybelline Dream Touch Lumi Concealer in 02 nude - £6.99
In case you didn't notice the first hundred times I mentioned it, I'm a big fan of flawless, glowing bases. Here's my roundup of illuminating concealers for every budget to help achieve that dewy glow:
After hearing endless raves about the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer, I decided to give its highlighting counterpart a go. Long story short, I'm on my third tube of the stuff! This is perfect for under the eyes and any redness around the nose - it doesn't crease, and has a lovely light consistency. The only downside of this is the brush - it's much smaller than the others, but I use a blending brush for my concealer anyway so it's not too much of a problem.
After hearing one of my favourite YouTubers, Miss Glamorazzi, mentioning the Maybelline Dream Touch Lumi Concealer as a possible dupe for the Touch Eclat, I had to give it a go. The brush on this is much better than the Collection offering, although this is definitely more of a concealer and less of a highlighter. This leaves skin looking flawless.
The L'Oreal Lumi Magique Concealer is definitely the surprise of the bunch for me. The packaging is a sleek rose gold offering similar to the Estee Lauder, and it's the palest out of the four shades. This works brilliantly at brightening the under eye area, and is a nice mid-range price.
Estee Lauder's Ideal Light Brush-On Illuminator was a spur of the moment purchase, inspired by my younger sister Dominique, who blogs over at You&I. She loves this stuff, so when I saw it at a CCO for £16 I snapped it up. This is definitely the most highlighting of the bunch, but lacks a little in the concealing department. It does feel very luxurious to use though, so I'll save it for special occasions.
I love the Lacura concealing pen from Aldi, its so good but yet so affordable at the same time!

I have repurchased Maybelline's Dream Lumi Touch countless times! It is a great dupe for another one of my favorite brightening concealers, the Clinique Airbrush Concealer :)
